LUZ
Community Guidelines
Effective date: July 23, 2026 · Español
Luz's Circles are prayer spaces among family, friends, and people you trust. Momentos gather people from around the world behind one shared intention. These guidelines exist to look after those spaces. They apply to everything you share in Luz: messages, intentions, photos, voice notes, and reactions.
What is not allowed
- Sexual or explicit content.
- Violence, cruelty, or disturbing imagery.
- Hate, mockery, or harassment toward any person or group, inside or outside your Circle.
- Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activity.
- Impersonating another person.
- Posting other people's private information: addresses, phone numbers, medical or financial details.
- Advertising, selling, or spam.
Photos
- Share only photos that are yours or that you have the right to share.
- Do not share photos of other people without their permission. If a child appears, share the photo only with their parents' or guardians' permission.
- Every photo you post to a Circle wall goes through an automatic review by an artificial intelligence system before publication. If the review rejects it, the photo is not published. Other images, such as your profile photo or a Circle cover, are reviewed when someone reports them. The review exists only for safety.
- A Circle's photos are private: only the members of that Circle can see them.
How to report
If you see something that should not be in Luz, use the report button next to the content inside the app. We review every report within 24 hours and remove what is appropriate. Whoever creates a Circle can also hide posts from its wall. If you prefer to write to us, we are at imdavidramos@gmail.com.
Consequences
When someone breaks these guidelines, we can remove the content, restrict features of their account and, in serious or repeated cases, suspend or delete the account. If content involves a crime, we may inform the authorities where the law requires it.
One last word
Behind every intention there is a person. Treat others with the same care you would want for your own prayer.
