Luz offers spiritual content served verbatim from a curated library: prayers, Bible verses in public domain translations, saint information and novenas. Luz accompanies several traditions, including Catholic, Orthodox, Evangelical and Protestant, other Christian traditions, and reflections for those who identify as spiritual or are exploring. The short personalized reflection is generated with artificial intelligence solely to accompany that content.
Luz is not the Church and does not speak on its behalf, does not offer sacraments or confession, and does not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. If you are going through an emergency, contact your local emergency services or someone you trust.
You can use Luz anonymously or sign in with Apple or Google to keep your prayers across devices. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be 16 or older to use Luz.
Circles let you pray together and share messages with their members. You are responsible for the content you share. Offensive, illegal, or abusive content, or content that violates others' rights, is not allowed. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior between users. You can report content from within the app, and we will review it within 24 hours, removing what is appropriate and, if necessary, restricting whoever posted it. By sharing content in a Circle, you authorize us to display it to the other members of that Circle in order to provide the service.
Luz Premium is offered as a monthly or annual subscription with automatic renewal through your App Store account. The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. You can cancel in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before renewal. "Restore purchases" recovers an active subscription on a new device.
You agree to use Luz personally and respectfully, and not to attempt to breach its security or technical limits.
